Langkah Chat Dengan AVA Untuk Pembayaran Balik Air Asia

 Air Asia sejak Covic sudah tak macam dulu . Laman web pun sudah tak update. Selepas kerja, aku dengan Yaqin ke Air Asia Sale Centre di Jalan Imbi kerana lebih mudah untuk letak kereta depan pejabat AA. Sementara aku masuk pejabat, Yaqin tunggu di dalam kereta. Kalau ada pengawal keselamatan datang, Yaqin boleh terus alihkan kereta. Letak kereta secara haram kena fikir juga kemungkinan yang bakal terjadi.

Bila periksa di kaunter, rupa-rupanya penerbangan ini dah dibatalkan. Operasi penerbangan ke China mungkin tahun depan akan buka.

Kalaulah AA tak batalkan penerbangan, macam mana nak terbang? Visa pun tak boleh buat. Hanya kes kecemasan sahaja visa dikeluarkan.


Urusannya amat pantas. Ini langkah-langkah semasa aku minta bayaran balik :

1. Mula-mula kita Google atau mana-mana search engine
2. Taip Air Asia eform
 

3. Pilih Customer Support. 
4. Sebelah kanan akan dipaparkan jenis pusat perkhidmatan. Pilih Bercakap dengan AVA sekarang atau tekan gambar paramugari bawah sekali pun boleh.

5. Mulalah AVA akan layan kita seperti di bawah:
